A solar enquiry to a paid order, with no human on the line
Waaree gets a steady stream of rooftop solar enquiries. Most of them sat in the CRM waiting for a callback. We built a set of voice agents that call the lead, advise on the right system, and either close the order online or hand it to a channel partner on a clock.

The problem
A solar purchase has two paths. Some buyers want to order online. Others need a local installer. Both paths were slow, and leads handed to partners often went untouched.
What I did
- Designed a four-agent program with one persona across all of them: a main advisor, an online-order flow, an offline partner flow, and a reminder agent that chases partners.
- Architected the integration and wrote the API specification and Postman collections. Microsoft Dynamics 365 triggers the call and receives the disposition. BigCommerce is read live mid-call for catalogue, stock and price, then driven through cart, checkout and order creation.
- Designed the 41 post-call extractors that turn each conversation into structured fields for sales.
- Built the partner acceptance ladder. A lead moves from channel partner to expert to Waaree's own sales team on a 30-minute SLA, with the reminder agent calling at two hours.
- Ran the solution design with their team and delivered the executive readout to the founders and CTO.
